Die Wohnung ist super sauber, zentral, gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Apotheke, Bäcker, Geldautomat um die Ecke. Verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist super hell, groß, geschnitten, toll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt an allen Fenstern über Rollläden, was super war, um die Hitze herauszuhalten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Spülmaschinentabs und Kaffee waren vorhanden, auch Salz, Essig, und Öl. Die Lage ist ruhig. Es gibt 2 Balkone. Die Bilder entsprechen exakt der Wohnung. Sie ist in einem super Zustand. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrparteienwohnhaus. Es war an sich dennoch sehr ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Aufgrund der Hitze hatten wir die Fenster geöffnet. Einer der Nachbar:innen führte leider laute Telefonate mit Lautsprecher, auch zu Abend- und Nachtzeiten. Auf der anderen Seite ist es deutlich ruhiger, wenngleich viele Balkone zum Innenhof führen. Dies ist jedoch eine Randbemerkung und die Vermieter:innen können nichts dafür.

Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten. Großer Balkon, auf dem man die Ruheund das zwitschern der Vögelmitten in LU genießenkonnte. Lüfter bei der Hitze war super. Vermieter total hilfsbereit. Gut beschrieben alles. Parkplatz leicht vor der Türe gefunden. Danke schön! Nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig, mit einer helle und moderne Einrichtung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Sofa genauso. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt; es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. LEIDER WAR SEHR KALT UND HEIZMÖGLICHKEITEN WAREN UNGENÜGEND.Ansonsten war aber alles wunderbar. Gerne wieder, aber nicht in der kalten Jahreszeit.

The appartment is really nicely decorated, very clean, and it is just like in the photos. The beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of room to put all your stuff. There are some board games, and there was even a baby bed available (but we did not use it, as we have no babies). It is very close to a penny supermarket and to a Görtz bakery. The tram is very close as well. The neighbourhood is really quiet. It was perfect and we are very satisfied. I would recommend it for families or for couples wanting to explore the region with a car or if you are visiting friends in Ludwigshafen. The kitchen is well equipped, but it could profit from a couple of more accessories for cooking, more plates, cups, etc. The towels could also be a bit bigger. The building does not look very promising from the outside, and the stairs smell a bit odd. This is however not a big deal if you are only traveling and not moving in ;)
