b. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior agreement will incur a €50 fee for every 30 minutes past 10:00 AM.
c. No smoking inside the apartment. Violations carry a €250 cleaning fee.
d. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
e. Only registered guests are allowed.
f. No parties.
g. No open fires on terraces or balconies.
h. Loss of keys will incur a €100 administration and replacement fee.
i. No pets allowed.
